To apply for membership in the Nevada State Medical Association and your local County Medical Society, please click
on the appropriate County Society listed below. Please print out the application, fill it in, and send it along with
a check for the first year's dues for both State and County to the address listed at the bottom of the application.
Your application will be processed through the County Society and upon approval you will become a member of both the
state and county associations. Please note: NSMA's membership year is from October 1 through September 30.
